Dr. Smita Padala is a highly skilled physician specializing in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having graduated from the esteemed Christian Medical College in India in 2004. Following her graduation, Dr. Padala completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts and then went on to complete her Nephrology fellowship at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Padala is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to her patients. She is now accepting new patients at the Homosassa clinic for primary care services as an internist. She will continue to provide expert kidney management for her established patients at the Lecanto office as a Nephrologist.
